Document Management

efoil enables parties to attach documents to each data element on efoil.  Parties can share designs, purchase orders, invoices, bills of lading and other documents.  efoil's audit capabilities allow parties to determine whether documents have been delivered to or viewed by other parties.

efoil participants can also set up collaborative, secure groups with other efoil participants to exchange documents related to specific transactions and projects.

Documents can be controlled with a variety of security restrictions and distributed with a variety of mechanisms, including fax, email and secure HTTP.  Documents can be aged out, and restricted to online viewing only.
